Known callers like family or paid clients can bypass AI and ring you directly.

Business hours

Set weekly open hours. Calls ring you inside those windows and follow your after-hours path outside them.

Delayed AI pickup

If you do not answer after the time you choose, AI can pick up and keep the conversation moving.

When AI should handle the first touch

Every call goes to your AI receptionist. It discloses that it is AI, collects context, summarises, and can escalate to you.

Route by the reason the caller types. Example: pricing question to AI, partnership to human, urgent to human.
