Answer modes

woic.ai gives you six ways to answer a call. They combine to make a smart, programmable phone.

Always me — every call rings you. If you miss it the caller can leave a note or talk to AI (if you enable AI fallback).

AI first — every call goes to your AI receptionist. It always opens with: "You're speaking to 's AI assistant." It collects context, summarises, and can escalate to you.

Smart routing — define rules based on the reason the caller types. Example: "dance class enquiry → AI", "partnership → human", "urgent → human".

VIP / trusted — known callers (family, paid clients) can bypass AI and ring you directly.

Business hours — humans in hours, AI after hours.

Manual switch — Available · AI only · Do not disturb · Emergency only · Offline.
