We do not record your calls by default. We do not claim "zero data" — that wouldn't be true for any service that has to run a phone. Here's exactly what we keep:

  • Your account: email, handle, password hash, display name.
  • Your settings: answer mode, routing rules, hours, blocks, trusted callers.
  • Call metadata: who called you, when, for how long, did it go to AI or human, the reason the caller typed, and whether TURN relay was used.
  • AI transcripts and summaries — only when AI mode is enabled and only for as long as you choose to keep them.
  • Reports and ratings you submit.
  • Push subscription endpoints, if you enable notifications.

We do not record audio by default. We do not sell data. We do not maintain a public directory of users. Aggregated technical metrics (call success rate, TURN usage) may be retained to operate the service.

You can export or delete your data from Settings. Lawful requests are reviewed individually and we will notify you unless legally prohibited.
