woic.ai gives you a private browser call link. These are the plain rules for using it safely and fairly.

Use your link for consensual calls
Do not use woic.ai for harassment, fraud, scams, threats, impersonation, or any interaction the other person did not reasonably agree to.
AI must be disclosed clearly
If you enable the AI receptionist, the caller must be told they're speaking to AI. woic.ai always inserts that disclosure.
Provider terms may also apply
AI features may be powered by third-party providers. When AI is enabled, their respective policies and terms govern. You must perform your own research and review the latest developer/commercial terms directly for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
Respect callers and local laws
Do not record calls without informing people and complying with the laws that apply to you and the caller.
No bulk calling or bypass attempts
Do not use automated dialing, abuse the platform at scale, or attempt to bypass safety measures, limits, or account restrictions.
Plan limits protect the service
All plans, including one-time and lifetime purchases, are subject to fair use, safety rules, technical limits, provider availability, and account good standing.
Lifetime plans are not unlimited guarantees
Lifetime means a one-time entitlement we intend to honour for as long as woic.ai can reasonably and sustainably provide it. If provider costs, abuse, legal obligations, security risks, or business losses make a lifetime plan unsustainable, we may change limits, downgrade, pause, discontinue, or replace that entitlement. This should be rare, and we will try not to do it when the service remains profitable and viable.
Suspension, changes, and service scope
We may suspend any account that abuses the service. Calls are browser-to-browser; woic.ai is not a telephone carrier and does not transport calls over the PSTN.
Features, prices, free trials, usage caps, AI providers, and plan names may change over time. We try to give reasonable notice when practical, but urgent safety, legal, cost, abuse, or technical issues may require faster changes.
